Some Good News...

Thought I'd post an update to let you all know that, despite my fears of being unable to sell my condo in this market, I actually closed the sale this afternoon.

Sign it. Dot it. Stick it in a box marked done!!

What a relief. Now my biggest concern is maintaining my health insurance (and staying in the good graces of my sister and BIL who have taken me and the cat into their home).

Thank you all for your support and good wishes during this rather rocky time. I seem to have turned a corner (in a good way), and things are looking up. The whole experience of losing my job after so many years has taught me a lot and given me great perspective.

It will be a simple holiday, but a happy one I think.
